Corporate Counsel
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the company's operational tasks such as establishing rules and regulations and conducting internal control, ensuring the legality, compliance, effectiveness, and feasibility of all company activities.
2. Participate in the legal justification of major business decisions and drafting of significant contract documents, be involved in important economic activities related to company rights such as investments, financing, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and contribute to the formulation of major business decisions while providing legal advice and writing legal documents.
3. Provide the company's management with rational legal suggestions to mitigate legal risks in the company's internal operations.
4. Prepare and revise standardized and standardized contract templates for the company.
5. Be responsible for providing legal support for the company's legal affairs, reviewing contracts, agreements, and other documents submitted by relevant departments for legal compliance, and providing recommendations.
6. Responsible for the entire process of drafting, reviewing, modifying, performing, and archiving contracts.
7. Participate in handling various disputes, arbitration, litigation, and other legal cases for the company.
8. Consult on legal compliance and promote legal knowledge within the company.
9. Responsible for communication and coordination with external law firms and relevant organizations.
Job Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above in law and possess a lawyer's practice qualification certificate.
2. Have at least 5 years of work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with preference given to those with experience in management consulting companies.
3. Familiar with investment and financing, domestic securities issuance and listing of companies, employee stock option plans, and well-versed in laws and regulations such as "Company Law" and "Contract Law," with a solid professional foundation.
4. Proficient in drafting legal documents and proficient in drafting and modifying various types of legal documents.
5. Possess strong logical thinking, judgment and decision-making abilities, business negotiation skills, interpersonal communication, and language expression abilities.
6. Good communication, organization, and coordination skills, mature and steady, agile thinking, diligent in work, and capable of managing all aspects of the company's legal affairs.
